Leah is currently finishing her PhD in Food Science at Stellenbosch University. She is the Co-founder and Head of Research and Development for innovative Agritech startup Gourmet Grubb, which focuses on creating functional, sustainable proteins from insects. Read more here

Presenter: Vusi Mshayisa

Vusi is a lecturer at the Department of Food Science and Technology at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT). He holds an MSc degree from Wageningen University (WUR) and an MTech degree from CPUT. Read more here
