This year during September, global stakeholders gathered in Istanbul, Turkey at the annual IDF World Dairy Summit where various issues of interest in the dairy sector are dealt with: the world dairy situation is reported on and the agricultural outlook for the next decade; consumer trends, nutrition, sustainability, safety and quality, research and technology, fake news and many other topics are presented and discussed. We are fortunate to have two well-known dairy experts share what they have learned at the summit; so, join us for a glimpse of the mountain of knowledge at the upcoming event in November.
