The Cape Branch invites you to the 2019 BGM
and Sensient event

Dear Cape Branch members,

Two years of activities have passed and as our much-anticipated Congress is approaching, we invite you to our 2019 BGM and Sensient event.

Presentation title: Sugar and salt are now taboo - Investigating innovative taste solutions.

Presenter: Patricia Kruger Technical Manager Sensient Technologies SA

Patricia Kruger holds a BSc (Honours) in Chemistry and Biochemistry. She started her career as R&D chemist in the Personal Care industry and has, since 1997, been involved in various South African and international home and personal care brands. She obtained a broad knowledge across various market segment including skin care, suncare, hair care and colour cosmetics. All of 20 years past experience in product development culminated in the position of Technical Manager at Sensient Technologies South Africa where she serves the food, pharmaceutical and personal care industries with information and expertise regarding all matters related to colour and flavour. She is a regular presenter at industry conferences, seminars and also conducts lectures at local tertiary institutions on topics around flavour solutions, taste modulators and natural and synthetic colours as well as cosmetic formulation solutions. She is a member of various local associations including SAAFoST, HPA and an EXCO member of COSCHEM.
